Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Your orders are made by hand and are shipped via USPS Priority shipping. In most cases you’ll receive your order no later than 14 days from order date.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship all orders within the U.S. only.
Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy which means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging with receipt and proof of purchase.
To make a return, you can contact us at ourrusticheart@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent to us without confirmation from us for return will not be accepted.

ISSUES OR DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective or the incorrect item ordered so that we can evaluate and fix the issue.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items can’t be returned including, but not limited to perishables, custom products, special orders or personal care products. Please reach out with any issues or concerns to ourrusticheart@yahoo.com.
We’re unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
Once your item has been received, approved and accepted you can make a new purchase for your items.
REFUNDS
We’ll notify you once we’ve received, inspected and approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
